Yuck I feel sick. I didn't eat right today. Few calories but no veggies or good food. Nothing I have gotten used to. I ate a couple pieces of candy and some cereal. I didn't eat breakfast either. Tomorrow I will get back on track for sure. Didn't realize how gross the veggie eggrolls I bought were going to taste. Ugh tooo much sodium! It was so gross.

Hey, you did great considering that your output killed your intake by a whole 1000 calories! Join the Total Body Challenge with me? My BF is the girl who posted it and we are great motivaters... hehehe. I want to try cycling... It's just been so long sice I've been on a bike. You're doing great, a couple pieces of candy never hurt anyone and tomorrow is another day. Nite!
