So, I decided to try something different to switch up my workouts other than going to the gym. Has anyone done the Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones dvd? I did it last night and OH MY GOD! I could not make it through the whole thing. It's pretty intense, but such a great workout. I'm really feeling it today. Any suggestions of other good dvds to use at home?
