6 month progress pics. down 48.3lbs from 200.1 to 151.8! only down 1.8 for june but I increased my calories and theres not alot of fat left to drop. I decided I only have 1 more month of operating in a deficit mentally left in me than on to maintenance.

2009 kcal Fat: 73.54g | Prot: 132.18g | Carbs: 261.56g.   Breakfast: Gala Apples, Wellsley Farms Muenster Cheese, L'oven Fresh Everything Bagel , Fiber One Original Bran Cereal, Butterball Everyday Turkey Bacon Lower Sodium, Egg. Lunch: Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat) , Peach, Kroger Romaine Hearts, Frank's Red Hot Sauce, Dole Green Onion, Heinz Sweet Relish. Dinner: Skinnygirl Balsamic Vinaigrette, Tomatoes, Kroger Romaine Hearts, Cucumber (with Peel) , Kale , Tyson Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. Snacks/Other: Nabisco Belvita Cinnamon Brown Sugar Breakfast Biscuits, Great Value Pecan Halves, Blueberries , Fiber One Original Bran Cereal, Steamed Dumpling (Filled with Meat Poultry or Seafood), Wegmans London Broil. more...

@are1981 thanks for your continued support and your recommendations on only adding 150 calories of carbs to my diet last month. Those 150 made a huge difference to my hunger and energy levels. I didn't need to go to the 200 or 300 like i had Initially planned.

@omughal thanks do alot of hunting and fishing for my own protein and the garden just started producing for me this year. I'm 5'9" my goal is 1950 calories a day and I'm really active Im averaging about 13k steps a day right now 5 days a week i willl walk between 6 and 10 miles a day dedicated cardio and I lift weights 5 to 6 days a week. most of my deficit is based on my activity level. a month from now I will be raising my calories up by 500 to 700 calories
