One of the tools that has helped me the most is being honest
with myself...I am still learning...but our food intake...our exercise...
our snack decisions...our weigh -ins...these are facts...once I realised that
I thought...it does me no good to "kid" (lie to) myself. Honesty is the pathway to better
choices and better health. I commend you for your courage in
deciding to be honest. Best wishes as you pursue your goals.

I need to lower my calorie in take. I know that 1200 would be ideal. I usually figure my calories before super then eat accordingly so that I stay below the recommend amount. So far I have been able to stay under that amount. I have always made dieting so hard that I can not stay in that range.
