Today I didn't eat breakfast when I normally would have because I was at a loss of something good to eat. I have been eating a serving size of sugary cereal and it is just not filling enough for the amount of calories I am spending on it. So, instead, I ate my regular morning snack (oatmeal), at 11. For lunch, I had the most wonderful salad. I cannot say why it was so spectacular, because all it consisted of was romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes and light zesty italian dressing. It was sitting in the fridge for three hours so maybe that was it. But the salad, coupled with a cold bottle of water just did the trick. Consequently, I have only eaten about 300 calories and the day is more than halfway over.
