seminggu ini gw mau kombinasiin OCD sama diet Ketogenic ..tiap pagi ga sarapan , cuma minum kopi dicampur butter dan minyak kelapa dan tanpa gula...rasanya ???? MANTAP!!! :) .....calori nya tinggi cuma cepet laper :P
