After drinking my bodyweight in beer over the long weekend this makes no sense but I’ll take it.
85.5 kg Lost so far: 22.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Totally. I’m also tempering my expectations along with the drop in temperature. Losing fingers to frostbite on those morning runs doesn’t count as weight loss.
