Almost 1 year after having a baby and only 12 pounds to go to pre baby weight. I’m getting serious again and this time trying macros. Wish me luck 🤞
78.2 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
