Hi y’all I am preparing myself for a cardiac angiogram and aortic valve replacement in the morning. Easy for some to say “don’t worry”, but it is not that easy. It makes one more aware of ones mortality. Hey, I am not a spring chicken anymore, (72 years old) but my mind still thinks the same. I am not so young, but still wanting to live an active life. I have to get this excess weight off my body, so I can live. I must not argue with that voice in my head anymore that says, “one bite won’t hurt”, we all know when we hear voices it can’t be good. So, that is about it for tonight. I have been tracking my food faithfully and have to say it is freeing and that voice is silent! I am prayed up, thanks to family and friends!
