Here it is bedtime. I just had some oatmeal with Lahuia honey! The best honey in the world, from Hawaii. I do my very best when I do my “No Added Fat” diet. I am doing well today and am feeling confident and the stress of getting back on track is so much better. Oh, to much thinking about food, I think I shall go to bed.
