Doing pretty good. Sticking to my exercise program. Doing cardio three times a week, isn't to hard. Youtube is wonderful. So many different work outs to choose from. Stretching everyday makes my body feel so much better. Watching what I eat, drinking more water. Do all this for the rest of my life, not just to lose the weight. Hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday. :)
