Today is the last day of my refeed week, a week where I was eating at maintanance calories. The aim was to kinda reset my metabolism as well as to gain back some strength in the gym, but doing this has also made me realise how I've become so used to eating at a caloric deficit. There were times where I even had to force food down my throat to meet my calories😂😭definitely was not expecting that. We gained a bit of water weight sure, but I'd say it was worth it. Anyways, have any of you guys tried refeed days/ weeks before? Lemme know..
69.2 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
