Following Dr. Phil to the letter. Anxious to hit my goal. Eager to stay focused and continue this journey. I have NEVER seen the scale move down that far in years. Not hungry. Learning that 14 walnut halves in a salad fills me with protein. Also learning that mustard burns fat, as taught, and incorporate into my foods.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
