No workout last night, just 10 minutes steady state elliptical and the fit test. I'm not very fit, it was kind of dismal. Next workout is Sunday afternoon for an hour. I hope I can last the full hour.

I'm getting a new glucose/ketone meter. I'll be able to tell if I'm in ketosis or how far away I am. The Ketostix have never worked for me so this way I can tell by my blood. Since I test my glucose every day anyway what's another finger stick?
