wktu 62 lupa timbang 🥹
so far uda turun 2.1 kg selama 11 hari
idealnya sminggu 1.2 - 1.5 kg
but
I am proud with myself
deficit calori & mengatur pola makan (pagi, siang, sore di jam yg sama) ternyata bisa turun BB
ms 11 hri membiasakannya puluhn tahun
