no work out and steps under 5k but ending day in 881 deficit hoping that's enough so that I don't gain, tomorrow will be another busy day with little chance to work out and Friday I've gotta travel 200 miles for my best friends funeral. I’m very sorry about the death of your friend..loss never gets easier. You are so right. Sometimes when faced with sudden disruption in our lives it really does help to continue on with a familiar routine as much as we can. Whether it be maintaining our way of eating, or our exercise routine, the act of doing things in your usual or normal manner can bring comfort and order to our chaotic brains.
