So my husband is dieting with me this time and what a difference it makes to have such a support system and we are both so focused on trying to get in shape. We are sticking to the 17 day diet really well, I swear in 20 years I have never seen him eat so many veggies. So another thing I discovered is that my initial weigh in was done in the evening so I weighed myself this morning and I have adjusted my starting weight so now it is a true weight. Ugh I am pooped so I think I am going to get some zzz's because you also need to get enough sleep to burn those calories people!
