week 1 Day 3 (shoulders and arms)
So, I had a great day. I woke up and did arms and shoulders. I really love that workout, I can also see the strength in my arms and can see the difference in the weight I can lift. I was doing 5lbs last month and now I up to 8lbs. i am probably going to go to the bands because I really don't want to buy any more weights and have them all over my house.
Anyway, I am hopefully going to have a nice dinner and spend some time with my boo. Momma is taking the 8pm show off tonight.
