Week 1 Day 2 PLYOMETRICS!!!
OMG that friggin workout was the TRUTH for real. It was super hard core and I loved it. I am trying to eat more protein protein and staying away from the candy......OY its going to take some time.
Its just that my boss kinda gets me stressed and so I go to the candy drawer.....if someone wanted to give me something I can do instead... i will try it.
Don't have much else to say.....oh I FINALLY made an appt to see a doctor about my cough. Next Monday praise God. Hopefully I can stop this cough.
