Okay gang, it's been a long painful (emotionally/physically) slug fest for me. Here are my body stats as of yesterday. This is a compassion between yesterday and the day before surgery of 8 weeks ago. Even though I ate junk--I only gained 3.2 lbs: Chest -3/4”, Waist +2”, Belly +1¼”, Thigh -3/4”, Biceps -3/4”, Forearm -1/4” , Neck -1/4, BMI +7, resting heart 55bpm up 5. Below are pics from yesterday, the day after surgery, and the day before surgery. Of course all the numbers went in the wrong direction. Eight weeks at this stage is a LONG time. I will crawl my way back on top. Screw the pics, what's up with FS--tried multiple times/
