I don't know what I did wrong! I gained 1kg. It's as if someone gave me the opposite of liposuction overnight!!! :S
51 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey maddygascar I wouldn't beat yourself over a 2lb gain, its more than likely just water weight as long as u know within yourself you did all the right things and ate the right portion sizes you'll be fine in the long run. The results of healthy eating dont happen overnight its a road that pays off if your consitent Just keep going! Try to weigh yourself at the same time each day so that the results are fairly accurate and try not to weigh yourself everyday as your body weight will naturally go up and down (I know its hard im still addicted to jumping on the scales everyday but it can be demotivating if you dont see a change every day) Try doing it just once or twice a week. Good luck and keep recording so you can make changes to your diet if you need to x

You're probably retaining water hun, try to avoid salty foods & drink lots of water will flush that fluid retention right back out. Also maybe your T.O.M is coming up, this can also make you retain water. I gained 2 lbs this week from it without cheating on my diet.
