Lol, just kidding. I don't really maintain. I'm cutting and then bulking because the weather sucks too much to care about abs. Just trying to absolutely maximize muscle size naturally. The heavier my lean mass, the more I can enjoy food. One of the best reason to exist.

I'm trying to see the abs for the first time in my life maintain for a bit than start some form of lean bulk. not there yet but I'm clueless on bulking ... well that's a lie I'm an expert at getting bulky with fat very quickly 😆 🤣 😂

I'm so spent on energy now after 5 months In a deficit I can't wait to get to that stage. I finally decided to raise my calories today because I can't stay at this same deficit any longer the hunger levels and energy is just not working for me anymore.
