I was only planning on weighing in once a week, but I thought, what the heck? Yesterday was a lovely day and it showed by loosing more than a half a pound again in a day! =]
102.7 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
