hallo tmn² fs aku baru² ini mulai back on track tapi lagi haid kalau misalnya cheat day setiap hari sabtu gitu misalnya tapi bisa sampe 3000 kalori besok nya defisit lagi,apa masi bisa turun ya?,slalu ngerasa gagal diet tiap sekali kalap:(
