My first OFFICIAL weigh in was this morning. I lost 2.2 pounds this week! The "diet" is fairly easy to follow, especially with the points. I figure it's because I'm so experienced with budgeting my money, that it's easy to budget my points! LOL! I start each day with 24 "dollars" and I "buy" my food with the points. If something is too "expensive" I don't eat it. Simple as that. You should have seen me on Friday afternoon at work. I was looking at the vending machine PRETTY HARD, until I realized that a Twix is 6 points! LOL. And don't even get me started with the fact that the Head Partner keeps ordering in buffets for the staff at the office! Monday they had chinese, Wednesday they had a barbecue spread, Thursday was Mexican, and Fridays they do bagels from Panera. My firm is diet suicide, people! BUT, I packed my lunch and stayed on my points! Even if I did want to just chew my finger while smelling a rib!
