What an emotional roller coaster! I've been feeling sooo down and sensitive this week its been unreal. Not even sure what the cause is..maybe its TOM hormones but seriously felt like this whole week I was liable to break - literally the whole week tears where ready to fall at any given moment. Shared a few laughs with a female friend which I hope has set me straight for the weekend but I found the whole experience very scary and unpleasant. Any positive vibes now!!! :-) I wanna be the happy smiley person my friends know and love again
I have a few behaviour corrections I need to make....firstly in my agnst this week I turned to food for comfort from chocolate to pastries and cheese laden sandwiches. No diary enteries to physically see the damage I've been doing to my body but I do FEEL in myself that I'm filing out a bit...the scales dont reflect this but I know I have...So this weekend want to cleanse my bnody and start over

I feel you! I had a rocky week last week too... Didn't cheat too terribly, but definitely was an emotional wreck. :) It happens, we're female. LOL This week will be better!
