Despite the name of this journal, I actually didn't start logging my weight at the end of April until I was clear up at 448 lbs. So i wanted to upload this to show the actual pounds I have lost so far. Miles to go before I sleep, but I'm getting there! Down a little more than 17 pounds.

Great job on the weight loss so far. You can change your starting weight if you want it all to reflect systematically.
