Well, the one good thing about being sick is sweating out a lot of water weight and not being able to eat a whole lot. I wouldn't be surprised if the scale goes up in a few days once I'm able to get fully hydrated again. Oh well, still a nice surprise to get while feeling lousy.
98.0 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

i lost almost 5lbs when i was sick. it didnt come back but now im sitting at a plateau. which is fine. ive hit several in my loss so far. so i kinda expected it. hope you feel better and the weight stays off
