@liv001...habit & routine definitely make a difference...but we still gotta find 'something' to turn on the ignition. Visual cues work very well for me too...work out clothes & shoes set out...a place set up with my resistance bands and mat...using my collages as screen savers on my laptop...these help me a lot👍
