Back on Fatsecret after being absent for several months. Weighed myself for the first time in ages a couple of days ago and was horrified by what the scales told me- 72kg! Went to the gym yesterday, and weighed myself on their scales. Happy to say that it read 68.2kg. Think my scales are out, but even so, must get back on track. Have joined "10 crunches, 10 push ups & 10 squats" challenge which begins tomorrow. I'm gonna burn that fat!
