2nd oral surgery went well yesterday. I'm still in pain but a pain that is the beginning to an end of all pain. My diet for this week will primarily consist of Campbell's chicken noodle soup and sugar free gelatin (The Campbell's Soup Diet). I will be seeing more weight loss. I often use this diet whenever I hit a plateau or when I see too much of a gain. 1 can of soup is 150 calories so eating 6 cans of soup a day is only 900 calories. 8 cans is 1200 calories and so on. The gelatin hardly have any calories. If I make a container and eat the entire thing, it's like 40 calories. It's a great filler and a way to keep my sweet cravings at bay.
