So usually after supper I have this craving for something sweet 🍫 … maybe because we were promised desert if we eat all our vegetables.
Any recommendations on something sweet and healthy 😏 to eat after supper??

What I often have after dinner for that sweet craving is a little plain yogurt mixed with some vanilla protein shake powder and a spoon of peanut butter.
