I've been a very bad veggie/vegan and buying tins of mackerel fillets....eat straight out tin, over salad, spread on rice cakes...high in protein low in carb.

I buy pre packed salad boxes and add tuna chicken or ham and a low fat dressing easy and very healthy.
Hummus and carrot sticks (low fat ) fruit and low fat yogurt.
Rivitas or rice cakes cottage cheese tomoto yum yum xx
