Anybody else here fall off for a couple days? Eating the "wrong stuff" or forgetting to log food in your diary? What do you do to help stop it from getting to you? I am trying not to hyper focus on the fall off and just keep making forward progress, but man some of the fall offs are so darn discouraging 🥺.
