Thank you sooo much Mika !!! I have learned and read so many different approaches and I feel like I’m just drowning in ways to go therefore I fail at all because I am trying to do a bit of every way and they all cancel each other out ! It’s just depressing and defeating ! You look so amazing and thank you for sharing your journey!!!

Fantastic. As a recovering cardio addict, I understand. Lifting, resting, water and proper nutrition really are the key.

I know! For some reason, I didn't believe I could do it without some more intense cardio than walking. What a waste of time for someone who isn't a pro athlete or doesn't just LOVE that activity. And I truly underestimated what lifting appropriately heavy does for the physique.

I miss you too! But I'm so glad you're doing fantastic! My daughter asked me the other day if it upsets me when people stop doing my classes. The only way it's upsetting to me, is if they completely give up on working out. When y'all go on to other workouts, and find your own niche, it's such a proud feeling for me. It's like my little chickadees have spread their wings and are soaring on their own! Fly high! You're doing amazing, I'm super proud of you 💪🏼❤️💪🏼❤️💪🏼❤️
