You look GORGEOUS and strong !!! Way to go! Just curious I saw how you have lost so much and worked hard to transform … what do you eat? No carbs or only healthy carbs or what has worked for you ? I seem to gain all around my middle and back as well :(

@blesses0989 I started with 180lbs, doing keto and running for an hour everyday.. and please believe me.. I lost weight, but I was looking very unhealthy, with a lot of loose skin and my hair fell out a lot, and my confidence was still not there!

@blesses 0989, so for the past 8 months or so, I’ve been focusing a lot of lifting weight and mainly paying attention on protein intake/calories. Plus loooots of water and rest! And I’ve been feeling and reaching results I never believe I could ☺️ That’s the secret right there (lift,rest,water, and protein)
