Wonderful to hear! What kind of plan are you following?

@Jaxanne777, I'm really not following any particular plan. I AM tracking my food in the Food Diary (which automatically makes me try to eat less). Yesterday, I cooked 2 pounds of carrots and a head of cabbage so I'd have good vegetable choices available. I'm trying to be more active around the house, and am even going to my daughter's house today to try to get it in order. Other than that, so far, just praying that God would give me a handle on things.

If you normally sit to do something Stand. If you normally stand to do something Pace. If you pass through the kitchen Drink some water. These small things will will lead to larger changes as you Succeed!
🙏🙏🙏 for continued 💪💪💪! We will find the right path!
