My thyroid medication was increased. Besides weight gain, I noticed aches and pains and being more tired than usual.
I had ate about a week of junk food, but ate more good than bad.
Am eating gluten free, cutting down on sugar although am eating chocolate bark, and drinking almond milk, Still use dairy for yougert and cheese. although only using sprinkles of cheese. Not chunks. Am eating 2 proteins, one usually Quinoa, Still drinking coffee although am losing the taste for it.
