ini kemarin coba bikin ngikutin temen2 disini juga,
bahan nya,
rolled oat 75 gr,
pisang 220gr,
telur 1 butir,
baking powder,
susu 100ml. blender jadi satu, trus di oven set.jam.
kemarin kalo ga salah kalori 630an, dapet semangkok gede ,kaya nya bisa 2-3x makan.
