excellent day. worked out 45 minutes body strengthening core exercises followed by 60 minutes intense cardio and strength exercises. total burn is 1450 kcal. had a great 3 great Days of protein intake avg 160 g. this week I have been implementing the protein intake increase when I discovered I was only eating 100 to 120g of protein. will this be the magic piece missing from my weight loss. time will tell.
I am healthy, fit, trim, sexy and wealthy at 220 by December 20, 2022. YES.
