Did not expect my weight to be down today! But that means that I'm official down 3 pounds in 2 weeks of Atkins. And THAT makes me happy. I'll need to redo my measurements here but I may wait another week for official everything.
I did cheat yesterday. I don't like cheating at anything so it was really weird for me. It was Mother's Day (obviously) and I made it through our late lunch with roast beef, cottage cheese, and salad. But my uncle brought 2 pies! And everyone was eating dessert... but I grabbed some of the pudding grandma made because I figured it was better than pie. Still made me feel awkward. But one of my other uncle's is a huge advocate of Atkins and was sitting there eating a piece of cherry pie. I think I made him feel guilty though. He actually NEEDS to lose the weight for his health so a little guilt is OK.
