little_mermee, I love ATK too! I love their show. If you go to their website, they really make it tough to get the recipe without paying for the monthly subscription (which I understand, but I'm stubborn). So the if you are willing to take notes via YouTube, this recipe was totally worth it. I should take a look at their cookbooks...
