I once weighed around 120's-130's until I was about 37. Then did the Yo Yo thing w/low fat or low calorie dieting. I would loose about 16 lbs then would stall unless I continually increasing exercise dramatically. I would loose then get craving again and gain above what I began with. I began Atkins Feb 10, 2011 and it is working for me. First lifestyle diet change that I have been able to follow without feeling deprived and hungry.
