昨天早上吃的蛋餅+1份雞塊
然後下午吃了牛肉+ 花乾湯
晚上還吃了油豆腐跟兩顆雞蛋
然後運動完結束還吃了半顆芭樂 一些堅果還有一包海苔
覺得昨天吃的有點多
72.7 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
