YIKES! Not drinking water. Not limiting Diet Coke. Not getting in 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Not resisting desserts and salty foods. Not walking nearly as much since the price monitoring jobs dried up. I could be walking back and forth through my house, but I haven't been doing that, either. Not in a good place right now. Praying for God's guidance on what plan to follow to get my life back on the right track!

Just start by drinking more water...that's it. The other stuff will come in time.

Hey Debbie! I am curious...when you are actively dieting, how many calories do you consume, and what are your macros? I’ve noticed a lot of people attempting deficits that are just too aggressive, and after a week or two it backfires, or people are too restrictive in their food choices. A serving of chips and a Diet Coke won’t kill you in the grand scheme of things (mind you, for the haters, I said a serving and a single Diet Coke). Maybe it’s time to try a different, more sustainable approach. Food for thought.
