Now you are speaking my language - both food wise and calorie wise ... that looks good to me.

If you replace the rice with riced cauliflower, you will reduce the calories, as well as carbs. Plus, you get the added benefit of vitamins and minerals.

Jenny not everyone is trying to cut carbs. They give you great energy and help power through workouts. Sounds like you have your perfect plan. Keep doing what’s working for you. Totally sincere, not sarcastic at all. I worry about things in text. My plan is to eat the carbs and the veggies

I do occasionally have carbs but I also make sure to count my calories. The occasional carbs has very little impact on my weight loss as long as it is in moderation. Overindulgence in anything can't be good for anyone. Moderation and limitations is the key to keeping me on track.

Sure, I used 2 servings of canned white chicken and 2 servings of pepper stir-fry. I sauted them with Pam Olive Oil Spray and added 5 tablespoons of G. Hughes Sugar Free Teriyaki Sauce
