I didn't take my meds or follow the diet Easter weekend. Monday morning I clocked in a whooping 6lb weight gain. In 2 days!! What in the world. Ok, so I worked hard all week to lose it. I am back. I don't think I will mess up the diet for mother's day. But it does seem like my biggest problems are the holidays. Food cannot be the only celebration.
103.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 26.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
