So, since December 11 of 2020, I had food poisoning, created a hiatal hernia and was in the ER with severe asthma issues within this last year. I realized I had to self diagnose myself with GERD because the doctors just said “oh you have asthma, take a Pepcid & here’s an inhaler”, but six times on prednisone, I realized I had to do something about my own health, since the doctors don’t wanna heal me, they wanna keep me sick!! I was so bloated, I was 157 pounds. Totally not me. I felt like I was nine months pregnant!!! So now I’m at 146.8 and I wanna get down to 110 pounds. My before pregnancy weight!!! (Son 24 now)lol. This may sound cliché but “an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure”! 🙏🏻☮️☯️
