Did well at last night's Christmas party. I had someone tell me today that they were watching me and what I took. Not sure how I felt about that, but what she said was she noticed that I didn't shy away from foods but that I just took a tiny bit of things. I told her that really a little bit is all we need. I really dislike feeling stuffed now. In fact as they got out the deserts i sat there and just waited. I did eventually get up and get some and because I did I only took a little. I guess people really are watching us and when we can be successful it helps them know that they can be too.
