So I shouldn't have had the soda that I had today...and I should have walked on the treadmill, which I didn't do...However, it's all good...I have all weekend to walk, with Heidi out of town...and I was gonna need one day off anyways, so today might as well be it :)
I did get the Thai fried rice...and it was delicious!!!...I was going to make a salad to go with it...but then I ended up deciding to make chicken fried rice lettuce wraps instead *LOL*...It was a good way to get some fiber into that meal, and a few vitamins too :P
I had some stressful time tonight with a friend making me nervous about possibly having to cancel an upcoming trip...I had to deal with that and get it all sorted, and that's what delayed me and caused me not to walk...I was just saying bye to Heidi, then I was gonna walk on the treadmill, when I got his message...
I hope the combination of soda, fried rice and not walking don't cause me to gain too much weight tomorrow...It shouldn't...
